CAN THIS CHARACTER BE CANON PUNCTURED? Yes
WHAT ARE YOUR INTENTIONS WITH THIS CHARACTER IN GAME? I plan to pick up where I left off with her. She will be working as a PI (and maybe getting back into the Agency). She's also a new mother. I want to explore the softer more maternal side to Veronica. And definitely want to keep up all her friendships and form new ones.
IN GAME HISTORY: Veronica was born in the out skirts of Malibu. Since her father was sheriff she was able to go to school with all the rich kids. However this made her a huge outcast. All through elementary school Veronica had barely any friends. In middle school she somehow managed to make friends with Lilly Kane, one of the wealthiest and most popular girls in school. She choosing to spent most of her time at the Kane household, it was much better than her house, plus she had a crush on Lily’s brother Duncan. However she always got the feeling that Lilly’s parents didn’t like her though, particularly her mother.
Everything changed in high school. Lilly could no longer be bothered with Veronica, ignoring her without an explanation. Veronica tried her best to continue to fit in, going to one of the popular kids parties. At some point during the party Veronica’s drink was roofied and she woke up with her underwear missing. After that Veronica dropped cheerleading and focussed only on her school work. A hatred growing for everyone at her school.
Somewhere along the way she found herself becoming friends with Logan Echolls, Lilly’s boyfriend. At first she couldn’t stand the guy, but she soon learned there was more to him then met the eye. She even went out with him once after Lilly dumped him, but nothing ever came of it. As if she would ever date a spoiled rich kid.
Veronica was a straight A student, at the top of her class even. Her grades were good enough to get her into Yale, but she did not have the money to attend. During her senior year of high school her parents had used the majority of her college fund to pay for her mother’s rehab. The blonde ended up going to the University of Virginia where she had received a scholarship. There Veronica met Sharon Carter and the two became roommates. Working as a waitress she saved every cent she earned. With that, and a student loan she was finally able to go to Yale for law school.
Once again Veronica graduated at the top of her class. Veronica had no trouble finding a job, with offers at quite a few law firms. Sick of the East Coast, Veronica chose to take a job in Orange County. After about a year she realized her true passion was actually solving crime. She could no longer deny the influence her father had on her. Crime solving was in her blood, so she got her PI license and started her own business.
Being back in Orange County. Veronica reunited with Logan Echolls. The pair ended up in a serious relationship and even have a son together, Liam Echolls. Veronica was finally at a good place in her life, but with all the strange things that happen in Orange County, who knows how long that would last?
Veronica was starting to get antsy. It had only been a few weeks since she gave birth but she was ready to go back to work. Veronica always needed to be busy and while caring for a new born did keep her pretty occupied, it wasn't the same as being out of the house. She needed a mystery to solve. Instead she was settling for crime novels, and of course figuring out the ending by the third chapter. She needed a challenge.
She knew she wouldn't get that just yet, but she could at least get a night out. Which is precisely why as soon as her boyfriend got home from work Veronica put him in charge of the baby and headed out. A bar wasn't really an option at the moment, but she did know the perfect place to go. Frozen yogurt.
Veronica sat in the small shop her cup full to the brim with birthday cake yogurt topped with cookie dough bits and chocolate chips. Yeah, that was hitting the spot. It wasn't exactly something that needed solving but it was still time out of the house. She took her victories where she could get them.
